It is high concentration product, can be dilute of cool water, dilution rate by silicone softener: water=1:9. First join silicone softener and a little water, then open agitator, stirring and add the half of water pour into kettle slowly. Agitator running ten minutes, then add the remaining water to the demand content, stirring ten minutes, can get a blue transparent to translucent emulsion, stop stirring, then got the qualified product.
Note: Do not add the water by one time, it should be have a self-emulsifying process, please follow this dilute method to dilute the product. |
