The market for additive manufacturing (or 3D printing) is expanding due to its ability to reduce costs, save time and break the constraints of manufacturing processes during product development. Alfa Chemistry offers a range of 3D printing filaments to meet your additive manufacturing needs, including but not limited to PLA, ABS, PET and PEEK filaments, etc.
Introduction
The three most established plastic 3D printing processes today include Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). Among them, FDM technology is a method of heating and melting various filaments (such as engineering plastics ABS, polycarbonate PC, etc.) and then stacking them. Alfa Chemistry offers a wide range of thermoplastic filaments for FDM 3D printing technology.
Classification
- ABS Filament
ABS filament has excellent comprehensive properties, with excellent strength, flexibility, and machinability, and has higher heat resistance.
- PLA Filament
PLA plastic is a biodegradable material made from starch raw materials extracted from renewable plant resources (such as corn, etc.). - PEEK Filament
PEEK is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high temperature resistance, self-lubricating properties, chemical stability, radiation resistance and electrical properties, as well as excellent mechanical properties. - TPU Filament
TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane) is a material that is soft but tough enough for parts that require rubber-like properties. - Polyamide Filament
Polyamide has the advantages of excellent toughness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, etc., and is widely used in industry. - Others
Other 3D printing filaments that have been developed include PVA filaments, PC filaments, PET filaments, etc. Welcome to view the complete product list.
