Catalog ACMA00031997
Description Ceramic Bulk Fiber is made by the melted raw materials at high temperature through resistance furnace, before being blown or spun into fiber. As a neutral and acidic material, except reaction with the strong acid-alkali, ceramic fiber won’t be eroded by other weak alkali, weak acids, or water, oil, steam, or be infiltrated with lead, aluminum or copper, featuring excellent flexibility and elasticity.

Notes Ceramic Bulk Fiber is manufactured from kaolin. The impuritiessuch as Fe2O3, TiO2 and Na2O will be much reduced through refinement toguarantee low shot content. These products are manufactured on computer-controlled, state-of-the-art furnaces to provide customers with consistent fiber properties. Besides as the material of blanket, board and paper, these bulkfiber can also be directly used as high-temperature fill and packing material inavariety of high temperature applications
