Description Calcium carboxymethylcellulose is a disintegrant with adhesive properties. Has the ability to quickly absorb water and expand. It is suitable for wet granulation and powder direct compression process; it has good compressibility, and because of its good chelating structure, it has good dissolution improvement performance especially for cephalosporins. Due to the presence of its calcium salt, it is particularly useful for cardiovascular drugs that limit sodium salts. Typical dosage: 0.5-5.0%, the highest dosage can reach 15%.
